
Scratchboard Artist
Megan is an artist passionate about portraying life in the agriculture industry in her work. Megan was born and raised in Western New York on her family’s dairy farm. From an early age, drawing was a constant occupation. She received instruction for several years under the artist Mary Wertz, and was very involved with her local 4-H program; which contributed an endless amount of inspiration for drawing subjects.
Her most recent projects are reflecting the western atmosphere and the beautiful animals that accompany it. With a wide range of media from scratchboard to colored pencil to watercolor, she definitely explores the contemporary western scene with boldness.
